The easiest way to experience DLP technology is by purchasing an EVM. We designed our EVMs to help both beginners and experienced engineers move from evaluation to production quickly.
As you begin development, your PCB needs to incorporate the appropriate layout and electrical design requirements for your DLP display and projection subsystem. Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in permanent damage to devices.

Optical modules
An optical module is a compact assembly that includes a DMD, illumination (LEDs), optics and associated mechanics. The optical module requires drive electronics to supply power and video, which you can either custom build using TI reference designs or source an evaluation platform from independent third-party companies.
